CS Boarding has a paperwork packet that must be completed and returned to finalize your booking.

Payment is due at pick up or the end of drop-in services. If booking a repetitive daycare or drop-in service, weekly or monthly payments can be arranged depending on frequency.

Payment options are cash, check, and Venmo.

Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough).

Bordetella should be given at least 1 week prior to services. A titer test showing immunity is also accepted.

Bordetella is not a requirement for Drop-in services.

A copy of current vaccines must be provided to CS Boarding to solidify your booking.

Boarding and daycare guests should be (mostly) dog and people friendly.

CS Boarding takes a very customized approach to the care of each dog. Some dogs have a threshold on their social time, which will be monitored and dogs rotated, to ensure they do not become overwhelmed, leading to reactivity, and that they spend time with dogs of like personalities.

For safety, all overnight guests will sleep and eat meals in a crate.

Drop-in pets should be people friendly. A meet and greet will always take place before a booking to ensure peace of mind before you are away.

Your dog's safety is our first priority. Every guest is supervised closely, introduced gradually, and monitored throughout their stay to ensure a calm, positive environment. Dogs are never left unsupervised together until they've shown comfortable social behavior, and rest times are structured to prevent overstimulation. Our home and yard are fully secured, with separate spaces available if needed. We follow strict cleanliness and health protocols between each guest.

Puppies must be old enough to have completed all required vaccinations. Typically around 16 weeks old.

CS Boarding will accept unaltered dogs with the following criteria:

Unaltered females will not be out with any unaltered males, OR only under direct supervision, dependent on the owner's preference.

CS Boarding does NOT accept females in heat. However, we understand sometimes it could be unexpected. If you suspect your dog may go into heat during their stay, please let us know and bring the proper sanitary supplies to help keep messes to a minimum. If your dog goes into heat while here; they will be kenneled more often and not let out until all unaltered males are securely kenneled.

Drop-in dogs are not subject to this criteria.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the stay. Late cancellations will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total booking.
